We appreciate the messages and for the long term support from a lot of our followers especially the ones that have actually supported us for the last 18 years, however, being told our worth is nothing is quite offensive by the select few that think its ok to do so.
People expressing their hate and disappointment like this is wild to us. No one expects to turn up to their workplace, work 8+ hours a day and be happy earning $0. This is the same principle for us. How do you feed yourself or your family for $0.
We’ve offered our epic blog for 18 years and counting and the time has come where we’ve had to shift our business model due to the changing internet and our refusal to conform to the ridiculous suggested guidelines forced upon us. To keep Shock Mansion alive, this is the direction and for less than the price of a coffee a month we’re being torn a new asshole (by a few). We’re not a corporate business, we’re a small family run business and everything is run by myself and my wife and 2 boys who like to help, as they say, find cool stuff.
So before you wanna be a keyboard warrior and run your fingers take a second to think about it logically and if you can’t figure it out, then move on.
