This was fun. Both got their shots in. I can see how deadly the war flail could be in a real battle, imagine it could be useful against someone on horseback. It seems like the best strategy for the katana is to immediately charge inside the range of the long flail, into the pocket so to speak if you are a boxer, and hope you can avoid getting hit along the way.
