Using only hand held dive lights, Alison dived 50 feet being careful not to touch the mantas as they fed off the plankton in the light streams. Top rally drivers Chris Meeke and two-time World Rallycross Champion Petter Solberg added their input to DiRT 4 in order for the development team to perfect the feeling of driving rally cars at their limit. According to Codemasters, the two drivers consulted and assisted with the handling aspects in DiRT 4 (which come with “normal” and “simulation” options) which are said to be “taken to the next level”. Solberg’s son Oliver also offered his expertise with the handling and general characteristics of the crosskarts which are one of DiRT 4’s new and stand-out additions this year.
Brazil’s president on Monday ordered 200 troops to the southeastern state of Espirito Santo, where a police strike in recent days sparked a wave of violence including what is already believed to be dozens of murders. The law enforcement stoppage in a state struggling with a budget shortfall is the latest example of how depleted public finances, amid Brazil’s worst recession on record, are crippling even basic health services, education and security in some states.

Two masked men filmed themselves marching into the Dearborn Police Department armed with guns to, as they said, file a complaint about the way they were treated during an earlier stop. The cops tell them to put down the guns, warning that otherwise “you’re dead.” “What the hell’s the matter with you?” the cops ask the 24 and 40-year-old men. The men protest several times that what they’re doing is legal. It was widely considered to be an open carry stunt, meant to show the rights of gun owners to carry licensed weapons.
