Ahead of the forthcoming release of his third studio album 2000, Joey Badass returns with his new single “Where I Belong.” The song’s music video was also shared.
Produced by Statik Selektah, the track finds Joey vulnerable, as he raps about trying to keep it together amid a life of fame and success. “Tryna get my thoughts together/I say a prayer every day, hopin’ it all get better/I talk to God a lot, these verses is like open letters/I know that nothin’ really last forever,” he spits on the closing verse.
