This is by far the most effort I’ve seen put in to cooking a piece of meat! – Roasting a huge thigh of beef for seven hours in a tandoor!

You know when someone starts cooking by digging a hole in the yard, you are going to be waiting a while. This huge piece of beef thigh gets left in a tandoor for 7 hours and as a result is very very soft and juicy. This dish is considered a very expensive delicacy.
