Amazon Prime Video is kicking off the year with an ambitious crossover which entails providing Richard Hammond (The Grand Tour) and Tory Belleci (Mythbusters) carte blanche on a remote desert island… sorta. With the open-ended objective of survival using any materials they can find by any means necessary, as you’ll see in the first trailer for The Great Escapists above, the upcoming series promises to be less about making it out alive and more about two grown men inhabiting their very own playground.
