Freddie Gibbs Is on the Run in New “Scottie Beam” Music Video

Freddie Gibbs returns with a new music video for his standout Alfredo collaboration with Rick Ross and The Alchemist, “Scottie Beam”. The visual is reminiscent of the opening scenes of Queen & Slim — Gibbs gets pulled over by law enforcement and has to protect himself or risk dying at the hands of the police. In the opening verse Freddie raps, “Just let me go ’cause my license, insurance proper, sir/ I’d hate to be on the run for smokin’ an officer/ We were bustin’ at police before Queen & Slim…”
