R.I.P: International tattooed model Rick Genest, aka Zombie Boy. Millions around the world mourn including Lady Gaga.
His manager Karim Leduc said his family believes it was a tragic accident and he fell, as he would lean back on the railing while smoking. They also say they believe he would have left a suicide note had it been intentional.
