The footage shows the victim Quintin James Lander arguing with the gunman on a quiet residential street. It starts with him asking the man “are you going to shoot me?” as the pair argue about his car being trashed. Their argument then heats up as the gunman storms over to Quintin saying: “If you don’t f**k off now, I’m going to shoot you. Right in the f***ing face”. He then fires the gun at point blank range and yells “now tell me about it” as he walks off.
