What is he on? – BMW driver rear-ends a woman’s Audi twice, holds down his accelerator to try and push her car out of the way and screams at anyone trying to talk to him!

Was this guy on something, or is his personality this extreme normally? If someone acted this way on a regular basis, I’m not sure they would be around for very long. The driver has been arrested, and will be covering damages to the woman’s car.
