Man parks his bike down the street to steal a truck, then comes back to the scene to pick up his bike, and gets hit by a car and arrested, all caught on camera from guys working in a bike shop!
When it doubt, tell the cops you are on drugs and some guy just asked you to pick up their bike. The bad always catches up with these types of guys who put so much bad into the world.
