Wodark shared a video of the proposal to Facebook, which currently has more than 12 million views. The video starts with Capaldo-Smith seated in the tattoo parlor’s chair as Wodark prepares to give him a tattoo (keep in mind that Wodark is not a tattoo artist, so she was pretty nervous already). Wodark starts out by drawing a simple heart on his ankle. However, Capaldo-Smith had something much bigger up his sleeve. And by sleeve, we mean the leg of his shorts.
