Featherstone was dubbed “one of the most violent” in the UK after a week of disorder last August when prisoners set fires and assaulted guards. The footage shows a crowd of around 20 convicts watching as the fighters trade blows before the beaten man collapses helplessly to the ground. At least three mobile phones – banned in British prisons – were used to record the bout.
