Robert Rodriguez has released a special “illegal” movie trailer for Machete. Yes, that’s right — the feature length adaptation of the fake trailer created for Grindhouse, now has a real movie trailer. The trailer features a special “Cinco De Mayo message for ARIZONA”, a political story which has been making headlines recently, but is actually a big part of this film which was shot a year ago.

Rodriguez wrote the script and co-directed the movie with his longtime editor Ethan Maniquis. The action/exploitation film follows Danny Trejo as a badass Mexican out to mess with The Man. Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez and Lindsay Lohan co-star. 20th Century Fox is releasing the film on September 3rd 2010, aka Labor Day Weekend.

The XM25 is the deadliest hand weapon in the army arsenal. Why? Because it can fire 25mm rounds that explode at any distance set by the soldier, killing people protected behind walls or trenches.

• Imagine there is an enemy sniper hiding behind a window in a building.
• The soldier points the weapon to the building’s façade, measuring the distance.
• Using two buttons on the front handle, he would then add whatever distance he estimates is the correct one to get the 25mm round through the window and into the room, near the enemy.
• Then he would fire. The smart round knows where it is at all times thanks to its built-in circuitry.
• When the round reaches the distance set by the soldier, it would explode, killing the enemy with a fragmentation warhead. The round doesn’t really have to be very near the enemy. Its blast radius is equivalent to a hand grenade, so these things are extremely dangerous, and almost impossible to survive.

Pretty scary… if you are at the other side of the battlefield. But according to Col Doug Tamilio, project manager for Soldier weapons with the Army’s Program Executive Office Soldier – it will save soldiers’ lives. The XM25 is now ready and will be deployed in Afghanistan by the Green Beret.

Clinton Moore is a busy man. He not only just signed to Osiris Shoes, he also made Australian FMX history by performing the ‘Volt’ body varial trick at the Nitro Circus tour in Brisbane.

Moore had a major part within the Nitro Circus Live show, performing in the freestyle segments with Travis Pastrana and Blake ‘Bilko’ Williams with an array of back flip combination’s and a 360 spin. However it was the body varial trick called the ‘Volt’ that had fans standing an applauding when he landed the first ‘Volt’ outside of the X-Games in the USA which won a gold medal for Kyle Loza.

Clinton Moore performed the Volt over 75 feet, making the risk for losing the bike during the spin even higher and of course landing the trick even harder.

“I have been getting hurt a lot in the foam pit trying to perfect this trick. All I’ve thought about this week is landing the first one here in Brisbane and now I’ve finally done it” Moore said.

“I’m not sure why, but I wasn’t really that nervous tonight. I knew what I had to do, and I felt like I was in the zone. It was just so fun riding in front of so many people”.

The Nitro Circus Live tour will travel to the major Australian capital cities throughout May and June where Clinton will perform the ‘Volt’ each night.

When you’re playing in one hell of an expensive toy like a drag car, it’s never cheap to break anything. So if your mustang ever tried to pole vault you down the drag strip, you can be sure something has gone very wrong.

Every year the population of sleepy Lake Victoria explodes from 5,000 to 50,000 for Spring Break; a riot of sun and drunken fun.

But this year, there’s something more to worry about than hangovers and complaints from local old timers; A new type of terror is about to be cut loose on Lake Victoria.

After a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area’s new razor-toothed residents.

You sitting down?

Wade McGilberry of Mobile, a 24-year-old experienced gamer, bought the game at midnight on the night it came out. After debating with his wife Katy whether he should go to work or not, he decided he’d show up to work in his capacity as a 401K record keeper before he tried his hand at making $1 million.

At around 4 p.m. that day, Wade returned from work. He logged on to XBox Live, which is necessary to record the time a gamer could accomplish the feat, and set up his computer Web cam in front of his TV, a requirement for the verification of the perfect game.

He set the game on the special perfect game mode the folks at 2K Sports set up for the promotion and just played.

And then it happened. He played the perfect game!

“I called my wife, who was a work, and said, ‘Honey, I’m done. I don’t need to play anymore,” McGilberry said.

“The funny thing is I haven’t even come close since then,” McGilberry said. “There must have been something special about that day.” Awesome stuff!
