Prankster Dennis Roady grabs a water bottle and hits the streets to test the stream. Dennis positions himself near police and tries to get their attention. Some officers take the offense seriously while others laugh at his trick.

That first cop had no fear of splash as he spun him around. Just another danger in the line of duty to that hero.
