Cyclists vs. Drivers
Recently in the UK, a bus driver knocked a cyclist off his bike deliberately breaking his leg. The bus driver pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm and has been jailed for 17 months.
In cities where cycling on the road is becoming more popular, more incidents occur, often ending in serious injury or death for the cyclist.
It can be hard to judge who has right of way because every incident is different. The real question is, should cars and bicycles be sharing the roads in the first place?
