The Simpsons will make the transition to high definition and the show will now contain a new updated title sequence which can be seen above!

The long-running series is now midway through its 20th season (wow), and this will be the first episode to air in native 720p. The episode titled Take My Life, Please’ presents a look at how Homer’s life might have turned out had he been elected class president in high school.

The episode will be the first time any Simpsons content has been made available in High Definition since 2007′s The Simpsons Movie. Good to finally see them stepping it up after all of these years. The new intro is rad.
