The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport is the fastest production car in the world combining speed, power & aerodynamics. At 252 mph with the polycarbonate roof and 224 mph with the top removed, a V16 engine with 1001 horses under the hood, carbon fiber body, new LED headlamps, alloy wheels and a rear view camera display the technology put into this machine is uncanny by far. Each Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport is hand-built at the Bugatti headquarters in Molsheim (Alsace), France. Only 150 have been built and will be made available by March of 2009 at a whopping $1.8 million. However the first Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport recently fetched an auction record $2.9 million at the Pebble Beach Gooding & Company Auction and the next 40 cars are reserved exclusively for current Bugatti customers.
